Shoots are delivered within 48 hours. Rush options are available when you need 24 hour turnaround for a listing going live.
You can be there to unlock the home at the start of the shoot and ask any questions before I start. Aside from that, I'm not comfortable being alone in a house with someone, so I ask that you not stay during the shoot.
Clear counters, open blinds, turn on all lights, and tidy outdoor spaces. A quick declutter goes a long way — I'll handle the rest.
A typical package includes interior and exterior stills, twilight options on request, and web-ready plus print-ready files delivered via a private gallery, and 2D floor plan. You can purchase individual services if you don't need a package and you can also purchase add-ons.
